The customized design can differ from the one on the product picture, ie. the way the photo will be cut out, and the background all can make a difference. You can request a revision or approve the proof. If we do not receive a response within 2 days, your proof will automatically be approved and your order will be put into production.
- Once you approve the design, we pay our manufacturers. Once we paid them, our manufacturers do not accept cancellations or changes.
- As soon as the customized blanket leaves the factory, you will receive the tracking number.
- After you placed the order we will contact you in 24 hours with a link to our Google Drive (please check your e-mail, spam folder, too!)
